Dear Coaches/Managers,
We would like to welcome back returning coaches and managers and also welcome those that are volunteering for the first time for the 2016 season.
We will be holding our preseason coaches and managers night on Thursday 7th April 2016 commencing at 7pm at Butlers Reserve clubrooms. This will be an opportunity to meet fellow coaches, team managers and committee members and we will cover off any changes to the new 2016 season and also answer any questions that you may have for the forthcoming season.
For those teams without a team manager, we would also like you to extend the invite to any prospective parents who are not 100% sure as to what the role entails and hopefully we will be able to answer any questions you have and support you in the role so if you could please pass this onto any parents who have expressed an interest that would be most appreciated.
Food and drinks will be provided. Being mindful of time, if you have anything you would like to raise or ask, please email myself and cc Liam Mallinson and Andrew Whalley so we can make a note to address this as I’m sure more than one person may have the same questions.
Also more than happy to catch up with you one on one for those that wish to do so or cannot make the 7th April.
For catering purposes, if you can please RSVP to myself by Friday 1st April that would be most appreciated.
